THE 21- DAY ONLINE JOURNEY TO COME HOME TO YOURSELF
What the 21 Days are about

Week 1 - Arrival
The first seven days are all about landing here. You'll learn simple breathwork and meditation techniques to slow down, paired with soft Hatha-Vinyasa flows to gently reconnect with your body.
We won't dive into anything heavy or profound just yet. This week is simply about showing up, building your rhythm, getting used to the practice, and writing in your journal for the first time after each session.

Week 2 - Expansion
Once your rhythm feels steady, we naturally go a little deeper. From week two onward, the practices become slightly more challenging, both physically and mentally, as we start exploring the themes beneath the surface.
This is the week of expansion: moving beyond what feels familiar, and starting to notice more profound sensations as they arise.

Week 3 - Integration
In the third week, we bring it all together. We integrate the rhythm, the patterns and the sensations that have surfaced over the last two weeks.
This is where the real internal work happens, guiding you to look inward, sit with what's arisen, and explore your depths a little further.
