Hello and welcome to Your Yoga Process. I’m so excited to have you here in this space, which was created from my own transformative experience with yoga. My name is Clau, and this journey began a few years ago when I found myself at a pivotal point in life, searching for something that would help me reconnect with myself, feel alive, grounded, and balanced. That’s when yoga came back into my life.

Although yoga had always been part of my life in an intermittent way, it wasn’t until I fully committed to the practice that I truly began to experience its deep benefits. I practiced daily, found inspiring teachers who guided me, and most importantly, I allowed myself to witness the small (and big) changes that began to happen in my body, mind, and heart. That’s when I decided to create Your Yoga Process, a space designed to share everything yoga has given me and offer it to those who are looking for more: self-awareness, healing, and a path to balance.
