    Not at all. Your Yoga Process meets you where you are. The practices are adaptable to all levels, and you're encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace.

    Each session is a blend of breathwork, mindful movement, and somatic exploration. Depending on the offering, it may include journaling, meditation, flow-based yoga, or stillness practices. The intention is always to create a grounded, supportive space for inner connection.

    The foundation is rooted in Vinyasa, infused with somatic awareness and intuitive movement. Classes often weave themes such as grounding, presence, and emotional resilience.

    A yoga mat, comfortable clothes you can move in, water, and an open heart. For some sessions, a journal may be recommended.
